How To Order
Kasuri Home sells only to the trade.
The home furnishing pieces listed in the Products section are available for purchase and the posted prices reflect a 20% to the trade discount.
The scarves prices reflect a 50 % wholesale discount.
We require a minimum first order of US$ 500.
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover), PayPal and International Postal Money Orders.
If you would like to make an inquiry, order fabric samples or purchase a product, please send us a message stating the name of the piece(s) you are interested in and we will get back to you shortly with all the pertinent information.
We specialize in Custom Orders.
Custom-ordering our products involves a process of exchanging information, images, samples and mock-ups that will allow us to understand your needs in order to ultimately provide you with what you and your client envision.
For Custom Orders we require 50% advance payment at time of order confirmation and payment in full prior to shipping.
Shipping
Shipping will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Customers will have the option to review and choose shipping method prior to finalizing their order.
Return Policy
Kasuri Home offers exchanges or full refunds (minus shipping costs) on returns of inventory items. Items must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date (that is the date on which you completed the transaction), in the same condition as they were received. Items received after 10 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Custom Orders or International Orders.

The information we collect from our visitors and customers is only used in the processing of orders and to improve the content of our website.
When we transfer and receive credit card information we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a message on our site.
